They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
