Dr Fong is the best. He cares about your entire well being not just your oral care. Michelle is just super and the front office like a well oiled machine. I went to him a nervous reck and he did an excellent job of alaying my fear of the dentist

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I have been with this dentist for over 10 years and have been pleased with the quality of service. The front office personnel accomodate my schedule and are quite flexible in scheduling me. Dr Fong is very thorough and concern with my needs and requests. He is patience and understands the practice of billing. I feel he and his staff will be around a long time. The office has been updated and is immaculate.
