They billed me for a lot I did not get. Never come here...they treat you, tell you need a lot of work, and then bill you to death with things you never needed nor wanted. Beware!

The receptionist Heather is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with in a Dr.office setting. I had been going their routinely having work done and paying in full after each visit. The Dental Hygienist had made me a routine six month in advance cleaning appointment. The day before my cleaning I received TWO phone calls to my home to verify my visit , I confirmed the first one, but they called my home a second time to confirm again.... WHAT??? Then around three o'clock in the afternoon Heather calls my home again and leaves me a voice mail that they can not do the cleaning tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM because I need to have an Exam, but they could do the Exam first and then the cleaning and I would be sitting in a dentist chair for at least two hours... I sit in a dentist chair for two hours to have a Root Canal not a cleaning!!! To make a long story short they are just the worst in my opinion for good customer service. Do yourself a favor and pick another Dentist for the amount of money that they charge you.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
Overbilled billed me without proper research on what the insurance was going to pay. Very hard to get your money back, main office located in located in Miami. It is like pulling teeth, no pun intended.
Dentists only stay six months- there is a new one everythime I go, everyone has a different opinion on what they want to do to your mouth. The best person in there are Pablo, the hygentist. I will be sad to leave him...

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
