I consider Dr. Kowlowitz to be an excellent doctor. He has been the most thorough physician I have ever visited. Dr. Kowlowitz ordered several blood tests to help diagnose my back issues. One test that came back abnormal involved my thyroid. We discovered that I have hypothyroidism, and now I am on regular medication to control it. I never would have known about it if Dr. Kowlowitz had not ordered that test. I appreciate the treatment I have received at his office. Not only is he a very competent physician, but he is also friendly and personable. I anticipate being a patient of his for many years to come.

I usually see Sandy, the PA, on a monthly basis. Dr. K's PA, Tim, fit me in in an emergency and I SO appreciated his help. I've been so pleased with all of my interactions with the folks here. Thank goodness for them!!!

I have been in pain for nearly 32 years. I was referred to Dr. Kowlowitz on 8-10-14 by my family physician. He has helped me with my severe pain. I have disc and nerve problems in my neck-spine. His treatment is awesome and I am feeling much better. After following his treatment I can walk- sit- stand much better. I have had a spinal cord stimulated put in and am doing much better. He will follow me and treat my pain until I am done. Very satisfied and will stay with him until I am released. I consider Dr. K the best surgeon I have ever had.

I meet with Mr. Ted and he listened and never made me feel rushed. He is very truthful, easy to understand, and I appreciate his no nonsense way of addressing options.

The Doctors are always professional and take time to go over any problems you may be having. Sandy and Dr Fitz have been a pleasure to work with. The waiting and reception areas have been improved 100%. The only issue I have is the staff they can be rude, unorganized and impatient with people. They seem like they are trying to do to many things at one time. Overall I have been very happy with Center for Pain Management and would recommend them to others.

Appointments run on time and they are fully staffed. I will give them that. I wouldn't recommend them to . Kowlowitz is arrogant and obnoxious. If your treatment will not help his other profit centers (Meridian MRI or the Center for Surgery) and if your pain is unlikely to be helped by a medtronic device, he will drop you. No matter what, you will see at minimum the doctor, a physical therapist and a psychologist. You will likely have at least one MRI. Hope you have good insurance. If you need a medtronic and don't mind being bullied, this place might work for you. If you want to be involved in the decision making about your care, he will yell at you. My first visit, I heard him yelling at a patient and eventually, he yelled at me. Not professional at all. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were far too arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my health and well being more important than the doctors ego.

I always receive top care from Dr. K and all of the staff at center for pain. The surgery suite and MRI center are top notch as well! Mostly Dr K is amazing! He is hands down the very best dr I've ever received care from. Always personable, professional, and kind! He has an awesome way about him!
