I just wanted a second opinion from Dr. Stites as to if I needed a root canal. They insisted that I had to have an exam and x-rays first. They did not give me any idea what the charges would be and I was flabbergasted when they presented me with a bill for $375.00 for an exam and x-rays. I did not get my problem with my tooth resolved. I took the x-rays to another dentist and he said Dr. Stites x-rays were useless. They were not bite wing x-rays which were what was need to look at the tooth. I feel ripped off.
A total waste of $375. dollars which is a lot of money for me.

It is a small office that is dedicated to making a difference in patients lives. I was delighted to find a health care provider and staff that has passion for their metal free dentistry. They took time with me and have changed my life. I needed expertise like what Dr. Stites has. It has been months since my final treatment and I am overjoyed with the results. Most importantly it has positively impacted my overall health. You will be delighted with this office.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was over the top expensive. I wanted a second opinion on if I needed a root canal. THAT COST ME $375.00. They gave me no idea it was going to cost this. I FEEL RIPPED OFF!

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
