Dr. William Elliott, was my doctor 15 years ago. Extremely intelligent , professional and humanistic physician. I was referred to Dr. Elliot, by Dr. Daniel Wilson, is physician at the mayo clinic, Rochester Minnesota. He truly is a brilliant physician.
