I had a great experience with Dr. Turowski and the New Horizon staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures.

Procedures: Breast Augmentation and Lower Blepharoplasty

During the initial consultation Dr. Turowski answered all of my questions in great detail and eased any concerns I had about my procedures. They used a photo body scan system to simulate my after results with various sizes of implants. It was very helpful to see my projected results after looking through the many before and after examples of his patients.
He and his staff were very patient with me as I tried on sample sizes in their office, there was no rushing, and they encouraged me to take my time. It was very overwhelming for me, but the sizing recommendation he made were exactly what I was looking for. The information that is given about post op instructions is very thorough and I felt I knew exactly what to expect in terms of pain, range of motion, healing, etc.

The after care has also been fantastic. I received text messages from Dr. Turowski checking my comfort level the day of and the day after the procedure. That was a very nice touch that to me shows his commitment to his patients. I was encouraged to call the office at any time if I had any questions or concerns and always received a prompt response from their team. All of my post op appointments have gone well, my healing process was on par with that of other patients.

I am 3 months post op at this point and loving my results!

Breast Augmentation: I still have minimal scarring at the incision site, but because it is in my underarms I am not at all concerned with the appearance long term. I have not yet tried Mederma, but I believe that will make them even less noticeable.

Blepharoplasty: My results far exceeded my expectations! It’s taken years off of my face and I no longer have people asking if I’m tired all the time. And there are absolutely no visible scars! I was very worried about that early on post op, but the incisions have faded completely.

I flew in from out of town to have him perform an upper lip lift, which is done under local anesthesia and takes under an hour usually. I was in and out quickly and was presentable to return to work in about a week. So grateful for the amazing improvement to my appearance!

Gregory and his talented team of artisan scientists were professional, practical, and supportive throughout the robotic hair transplant procedure. Pre- and after-care were equally thoughtful and empathic.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
