Horrible Clinic, Rude Clinical Staff

Dr. Lev Elterman, MD Clinic Located in Skokie IL - Very Rude Staff, Arrogant Staff. My experience at the clinic was bad experience in the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL"

Very Rude Staff, Horrible Staff at the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL" as I went to inquire with the receptionist, and although they had no clients waiting at the receptionist desk, I was made to wait excess of 45 minutes to simply talk with the receptionist. Ella who claimed to be the Manager of the Clinic, was Very Rude and Was Not Professional at At All!!(not sure about the receptionist's name spelling).

The Skokie IL Clinic Manager (or so she claimed to be the manager), told me: "There are many Urologists around and go find another Urologist!!!!". This encounter took place at the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL".

Apparently, the Staff at the clinic "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL" does not really care about their clients as they feel they have enough customer/patient flow to feel they do not need to maintain positive relationship with their customers or patients.

I do not recommend the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL". The clinic is clouded with patients at the front. I am not sure this is within the "Health Code" for occupancy limits.

On 11/05/2015 Our beloved father, went in for a standard removal of stage 0 polyps of the urinary bladder into Rush University Hospital. His surgeon Dr. Lev Elterman not only punctured a hole in his bladder but also did not diagnose the perforation over the duration of 4 weeks of agony as urine was leaking out into the abdominal cavity irritating his intestines. Dr. Elterman missed classic signs of a perforation and persisted with his diagnosis of hyper reaction of the bladder, based on an old and inconclusive CT scan. This might have been due to his complete absence from his patient’s prolonged and complicated stay at Skokie hospital. After over a month of tremendous suffering while taking tons of morphine, steroids and antibiotics, having lost 25 pounds, our father was seen by another urologist in Glenbrook Hospital who diagnosed the puncture, placed a catheter and the hole closed over the course of a few weeks. Today our father is still suffering from all kind of complications caused by this horrific ordeal.
