I was in very bad shape with depression and anxiety. Dr. Cromer was the absolute worse doctor that I could have started with. She was very cold and impersonal. I would sit on the couch while she worked on her computer with her back to me, never face to face. She would just discuss medications. I finally found a psychiatrist that actually cared and tried to get me better. I am in fantastic shape now. Please do not think this is just sour grapes. Please be careful. I hit my lowest point under her care. Thank goodness I left, I am alive because of it.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Cromer's for over a year. If you are going in looking for medication without the appropriate testing then go somewhere else. Dr. Cromer is not there to provide drug seekers with their crutch. She is VERY thourough and does a great diagnosis. If you have had a previous diagnosis of ADHD/ADD, she will request that paperwork from the past facility you visited and use that in lieu of testing you herself. She is also very good at trying different medications until finding one that works. My husband went through 4 in 6 months until we found the perfect fit and she does not make you feel bad about telling her one isn't working.

If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy shrink, she is not the doctor for you. If you are looking for efficiency, fariness and someone that generally cares about your condition, then Dr. Cromer fits the bill.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I have been seeing Dr. Cromer for several months now, It is clear to me that the bad reviews I have read stem from the few bad patients that are expected(i.e. Drug seekers, people that want to be kept off work, and parents that want to have an excuse for their child's bad behavior.)for every one bad patient there is ten good ones that are satisfied and don't leave a review. I would definitely without a doubt recommend her to anyone. She is very considerate and listens to everything I have to say, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in and they always are nice and accommodating. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Cromer. She answered all of my questions and seemed to really care that we diagnose my problem correctly. She was careful not to prescribe medication until she was sure my diagnosis was correct. I appreciate an ethical physician who will not bend the rules. I feel that my issues have improved and I will continue to see Dr. Cromer if the need arises again. The office was comfortable and inviting and the office staff very friendly. I have recommended her to my friends.
