They were friendly and made me feel at home. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
