Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They will trick you to come again and again so that they can make more and also their billing service is outsourced hence so much confusion. If you tell them the issue then they are not ready to take care of it. They will try to play the game of passing the buck. I spent 2 years to get my bill straight but in the end i had to pay in full.

Emergency room visit in Woodstock. . He only cared about what would make him money. I don't think he was very experienced or well-trained. He didn't know what he was doing at all. He wanted to send me home with pain med..husband asked for neurologist, had to be admitted. DX with rare pain condition.CRPS.. He also did follow up visits in the hospital..VERY BAD bedside manner. Do not want to pay his bill!
