Had an appointment a few weeks ago, very nice and modern office, sadly the Dr. Sharp came into my room and told me "his fees were very High for me" what did he means? that I cannot afford to pay him for my treatment? He referred me to another office in his practice, very nice lady.

Front desk doesn't look at you into your eyes while talking to you. Old woman at the front with a very rude attitude. Maybe they had a bad day.

They were highly recommended to me, but after my personal experience, I definitely will not recommend them to any one.

Just a warning, even when the doctors are GREAT and very professionals, the fees given by the old lady at the front desk are based on what brand of shoes or purse do you have. My friend got a crown one month ago, she didn't have insurance and her fee was $1200. then I went to have exactly the same procedure, also on the same tooth and same kind of crown (we did compare tthe paper they gave us with the type of crown and also the fee from the laboratory) and my crown was $2500!!!! Just because I wore that day a very expensive purse and nice jewerly.....

I highly recommend Dr. Scharp because his work was excellent, but be aware of the collecting department, they are not honest.

Just want you to be aware of the older lady that seats at the front desk with short blonde hair, her name is Ivone, she's very rude with all patients. This person was rude with me and my friends that go to same dentist and they all feel the same about it. She over charges patients and always have the excuse that your insurance didn't cover. This person doesn't know how to deal with insurances at all, I left to another dentist and everything I do with my new dentist is thru my insurance that supposedly with Ivon at the old place, my insurance was no good. I stopped going to Dr. Sharp because I got tired of dealing with Ivonne, everytime I had a question she was very inpatient and rude to say the least. I wanted to make a complain but this lady is also the manager of the office (unvelievable!). My friend knows Dr. Sharp for many years and he advise me not to waist my time talking to Dr. Sharp, I believe he gets weekly complains about his manager and he doesn't do anything about it. Dr. Sharp is a great but he doesn't care about losing his patients over one person.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they were fully staffed

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
