They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have just one time with the receptionist she didn't want to help out and hung up the phone. He is by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. I love how much attention to detail he shows all the time. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Doctors beware you front desk staff!!!
This is my sad story: I've been going to Dr.Martin for about 8 years and I always loved the quality of his work and very thorough cleanings I received from my favorite hygienist. All would be great and my family would continue seeing Dr.Martin for years to come if it wasn't for his HORRIBLE receptionist. This lady (Martha) should have chosen a completely different career as her customer service skills are non-existent. She's very rude and unprofessional to say the least. When I asked her to provide me with a receipt, she gave me a handwritten one that I thought were long gone. When I asked her for a printout from my account, she declared that she's too busy and I would have to come back. Then she turned her back to me and walked away while I was trying to talk to her. When asked to call the insurance to clarify an issue with my coverage, she plainly refused just as she refused to request a pre-authorization from them which is a routine procedure in medical practice. I believe that a customer, especially a long-time customer like myself, should be able to count on simple courtesy and professionalism from any dentist's office. I feel like never going back to Dr.Martin again although I used to enjoy my visits to his office before Martha came along. I started researching all dentist reviews online and came across a few that mentioned a wonderful doctor but rude clerical staff. This is such a shame that good doctors lose their clients because of their receptionists. They should chose them more carefully

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
