They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Tan is the best physician I have known. He may not say or do everything you want him to, but he says and does what is good for you. He has been my physician since I was 19 years of age. I am almost 59 years of age. That tells you something doesn't it?

I really loved Dr. Tan and apppreciated all the help he gave me over the years until one day when he had an argument with a patient in the waiting room. I watched and wondered why this patient was so rude to him. He took another patient into his office and I was left in the waiting room with another patient. That patient and I were watching TV and a commercial came on for Chipotle Restaurant. We started talking and laughing about how we were addicted to their crispy steak tacos and kept talking and laughing about other things we had in common. When it was my turn to see Dr. Tan, he WENT OFF on me talking about how I was laughing at HIM with the other patient. (He watches his waiting room on a monitor in his office.) He continued to treat me bad and was insulting me about myself and I couldn't even get a word in to tell him why the patient and I were laughing and chatting! I went a few times after that but he continued to treat me rudely and kept confusing me with other patients histories. So I stopped going there.
