My free consultation started with a one page questionnaire with no heath questions or allergies. I was given a partial diagnosis (upper only) .Most of my problems were on the bottom. Dr Kumar never touched me or put gloves on but he spent alot of time convincing me that he was the best and had my best interest at heart. That included violating hippa laws and having me talk to a stranger on the phone. I asked that person if he was a patient. He said no. I was subjected to excessive high radiation cone beam ct scans when the girl there tried repeatedly to operate the ct machine. I realized I was being given the hard sell, and Although I did not agree My credit card was charged $12000 without my signature am in the process of filing complaints against this doctor for violation of hippa laws and other ethics violations.

Absolutely the best dental care team in Melbourne. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Wait time is kept to a minimum. Dr. Kumar is very knowledgeable about many dental problems.

I was told about this dentist from my wife's co-worker. When I arrived I waited way to long since I was the only one there and all I heard in the back ground was them talking and laughing. A lady then called me back and took x rays. She then ran down a treatment plan that I thought was a great idea. Then the "awesome" dentist walks in and changes everything. the affordable plan she came up with was now out the window and was not only not an option but was something he would not discuss. I really knew things were messed up then. After speaking to them I was told to get my 2 teeth fixed that needed it the worst it would cost me my full 2000 worth of benefits and 800 out of my pocket. I immdiatly left and said no way. I then went to new image dentistry. He fixed the two mentioned above and a third for 50 out of my pocket and 1200 of my benefits. Wickham dental is very unprofessional. The dentist asked me 5 times if I had family that loved me enough to pay the large amounts of money. If you want a dentist that cares about his patients needs, pain, and pocket book then stay far away from here.
