Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Jacobs might be a good doctor but you first have to go through his office staff and they are horrible. The manager Christine should be fired for talking to patients in the rude condescending tone she has. I will never go back to this dr again because I don't want to deal with his staff. This is based on numerous encounters - not just a bad day she was having. The Dr. is OK but you don't get the feeling he really cares about solving your problems unless it is easily diagnosable. Over all this has been a terrible experience and it made a terrible disease and feeling poorly to begin with even worse.
