Overall this is a fabulous practice, far exceeding my NY dentist who did major celebs crowns back in the day. Their female hygienist has been superb until my last visit, when a new male one did the work. He was very good but kept flossing a very inflamed spot in my mouth as if this would alleviate it. I had to rinse with peroxide and salt for days at home to get it to calm down. Dentist (Dr.) O'Farrill is a gem. Note: If you decline xrays you will not be eligible for a routine dental exam, even if you know the particular spot. That's a minus, as some do not want the added radiation every six months. Payment in full is expected after treatment; no payment plans. That is a big drawback. But, this place is immaculate, their work is great and they really care. Painkillers may not be administered afterward though other than Tylenol, so be prepared (the norm all over C. FL. Also, this office is very Christian and plays music only in that vein. If this offends you, seek another practice. Parking can be tight as it's a small lot; the place is behind the Hess station on Boggy Creek Road. Compared to many other practices in this general area, they are the best. My whole office now goes there and is very satisfied.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
