They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected. I've never seen more kindness at another dentist. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, but since she takes her time it does take longer than other dentists, but it's worth it to have it done perfectly the first time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! She is very gentle and takes her time. Highly recommend. :)

I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It was a terrible experience. The girl put my used x-ray equipment back into the box she told me was clean. DISGUISTING!!!

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The wait was almost two hours! They needed to pay a lot more attention to detail. They didn't even finish a procedure and did not explain why! I had no idea how much I should expect to pay for a procedure they didn't finish. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished.
