We paid over $ 6,000 for my wife's faults teeth and only got the first temporary uppers and lowers. they never called us back for the final set after her gums shrunk. when we called them they said sorry it has been to long ago and they had a break in and could not help us. we on the other hand have every record of each visit and what happened. NO TEETH.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
