They tell you that a deep cleaning is required just to get $75 per person from you which null and voids the free cleaning most insurances cover. I felt like I was being conned.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

This office is convenient to my house and it generally easy to schedule/reschedule appointments. The wait time is typical for most dentist/doctors offices and has never been to the point of being frustrating for me. The staff is cordial and all of my appointments have gone without a hitch. They are always very upfront about their procedures and any potential changes in cost.
