They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
