Dr. Jessen is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is kind and knowledgeable. Even though I was undergoing an allergy test, which required having dozens of small barbs poked into my back, I was still relatively at ease. He explained all the procedures beforehand and afterwards outlined a number of treatment options. I would definitely recommend him as one of the top medical professionals in the area.

The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that he has a personal phone call, he always waitsto take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they are wonderful about fitting me in last minute. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was impressed by the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I left laughing!
