Dr. Burson was fine, the billing department however needs a lot of work. I left the Papp clinic to continue seeing Dr. Burson and when my bill came there was an extra 172 dollar charge on it. Why was this? I was told by the office manager Penny that is was because this was my first time seeing the Dr. at his new location. Even though I had seen him around 5 times that same year, because HE changed offices and I was loyal enough to have my records and business moved to his new location I am charged extra fees. When ask if they could be removed or reduced I was told NO, the paper work stated there may be a fee and you signed it. I will not be back and I am warning others about seeing Dr. Burson at his new location.
