My husband had hiatal surgery with Dr. Hoffman. It was done April 7, 2016 and he is still under skilled nursing care. The surgery was performed twice on April 7 and April 8. Complications happened. Besides being in the hospital for 35 days, he is still spending time at a Transitional Rehab center starting May 11 and still there. I believe scar tissue developed in the esophagus causing him not being able to swallow. HE IS NOT A GASTROINTESTINAL DOCTOR. AVOID!!!!
