All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.
