I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
