I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice.

He started out very kind, makes you comfortable, shows real interest in the beginning, but is impatient with his patients!! He turned rude, snide, sarcastic, dismissive, belittling, and frustrated when he could not get the right combination of meds to work and be effective for me. He actually asked what was wrong, what I was coping with, and as I tried to unburden my mind by discussing my trials he proceeded to crack up laughing as I held back tears! He then proceeded to enumerate the 'real' problems some of the kids he treats have. It seems, when he likes you and you fit into his preconceived notion of a patient, if you tolerate any & all meds he prescribes so he doesn't have to DO HIS JOB and get the combination right things are ok but really-at $90 every 15 minutes????? Give patients what they pay for! Good meds and good service!! The worst thing he did was to give me samples of some new stuff to try WITHOUT ANY DIRECTION AS TO HOW TO TAKE MY MEDS AND ALMOST KILLED ME...TWICE!!!! YES TWICE!! He took my severe allergic reaction lightly actually telling me to skip a day and try the meds again-WHAT??? He also 'forgot' to tell me not to stop the old medication suddenly/cold turkey or death can result. For the time, gas, and trouble as well as expense, did I mention EXPENSE?!!!! Being treated this way is just not worth it. Weeks or months of therapy and progress can be wiped out skillfully in just 10 seconds. Our fragile psyche can be brought to the brink and maybe put you right over the edge. This is how it appears to me - When he likes you he is very nice and treats you pretty good but when he decides he does not like you-he insults you, laughs at you, minimizes your concerns, basically treats you like crap, I believe, so you won't come back! I didn't go back but had to be hospitalized to fix his mess and thank GOD my Psychiatrist experiences since then with different doctors have been wonderful. Maybe a fluke incident? He has done it as far as I know to another patient as well. I'm sure the toss-away's may be few and far in between, but we deserve to be treated as well as everybody else. I am speaking of MY EXPERIENCE yours may go well.
