I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
