Dr Kalson is really good. Very knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly. I especially liked the response and call back I was given by Spencer during Dr. Kalson absence. Thanks so much to the entire staff for helping me during my pain. I feel so much better. Thanks

I think Dr. Kalson is a terrific Doctor. The more I hear from others about their experiences with other doctors the more fortunate I know I am.

The staff was able to schedule my sons appt and work him in. The only negative experience was on the follow up apt we had to wait 45 minutes after our apt time to see the dr.

I heard of the excellent care that Dr. Kalson provides his patient from a friend and a someone who has worked with him. He is personable and explains everything so that you can understand each aspect of the problem your experiencing. The office staff are friendly which makes your first impression of the teamwork within the office. I have been very pleased with my experience.

Dr Kalson is a friendly, competent Doctor. My surgery was successful and I anticipate a much higher quality of life moving forward. My initial experience prior to surgery was unsettling in that there was very little communication about what to expect/how to prepare for the surgery. I found out from calling the hospital that they offered a pre-surgical class, but my surgery date was looming and I was unable to take advantage of that opportunity. Hospital personnel assured me that my dr could fill me in on all I needed to know, but the person at Dr K's office was unaware of the class. However, she did go get the booklet from the hospital and emailed it to me. I was surprised that there wasn't better info available from the office. I was very pleased though that she went to the trouble to get me that info, but I wondered what other patients did to make themselves better informed. The dr who came by my patient room the morning after the surgery was not prepared to answer my questions, but did go get the answers. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience. They could probably use a patient information/communication coordinator,but otherwise they do a great job.
