They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
