They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. They were rude and hurried. Seemed to be interested in making a fast, dishonest buck. They presented me with a treatment plan to sign in which I was accepting their overblown estimate and authorizing treatment. I signed it after cancelling the statement that I was authorizing treatment. The place was unkempt and rundown. Wall paint was scratched and dirty, with poorly taped posters on walls. Cublcles are small and claustrophobic. Equipment looks old and looked minimal and dirty. Gingival pockets are measured painfully and carelessly by the hygienist. They took more time preparing their outrageous estimate than in examining me.

They paid no attention to what I requested. Just gave me x rays and an estimate for $7000. and a bill for $150.Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
