I LOVE DR. SCOTT-MILLER and her staff. They are always welcoming and kind. I am always greeted with a smile. The Dr. is efficient and thorough.

Dr. Scott seems to care about the total health of her patients but some of the staff seems very indifferent.
The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
