No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.

They really go above and beyond and it is obvious that Dr. Freeman and his staff truly care about their patients. As a doctor, he is very meticulous and thorough; I respect that. I trust this doctor and am thankful for the care that my twin boys and I received throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Whenever anyone makes a comment about how unhappy they are with their OB, I mention my awesome practitioner. I feel like a woman really needs an office and doctor that she fully trusts during pregnancy and beyond; this is a practice that provides that level of care.
