They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr Freeman is the best OB/Gyn I have ever been to. And is spends time with is patients, which is unusual in the current "herd um in, herd um out" mind thought of most doctors.

Yes, they were fairly prompt

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
