Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
