They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Also she is just a great OBGYN and I will never switch my provider.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

If you are looking for a doctor to help empower you to have the best natural birthing experience you can have stay as far away from this practice as possible. We never seemed to be of any importance, if we were at her office she was at the hospital delivering (which made us feel good) that's when we get to be a priority right? WRONG!! we were told by nurses they had spoken to Dr. Soufi on the phone and we should do this or that. Looking back it was our first birth and we should have been more self educated on the process, but when a doctor is telling you something you tend to believe it. As for the birth plan, we had one, we discussed it with Dr. Soufi, but come 40 weeks we got talked into a induced labor. Now we know that most first pregnancies will go 41&1/2 weeks. We also have learned that interventions in birth ie. Pitocin most always lead to other interventions ie. narcotics and epidurals, that usually end up in fetal distress and C-section. but oh weren't we lucky there was a doctor to save the baby. who was completely fine before we went to the hospital to begin with. we just needed time. I'm assuming that being a doctor she was a ware of the facts mentioned above and knowing we did not want to end with a cesarean birth did not advise us fully on the situation. Know we know and I'm sharing with all of you. Our son is now 3yrs old and we are having a second child and due to the c-section we are facing an uphill battle to have this child naturally. so again I tell you Natural Births Beware!!
