I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. ON THE LAST WEEK IN NOV.OF 11 I CARRY MY CPAC IN IT HAD STOP WORKING I WAS GAVE A LOANER, BUT I WAITING UNTIL THE LAST OF JAN.12 STILL NO CALL TO TELL ME WHAT GOING ON THEN SHE SAIDIT MARCH 15 , I BE GETTING A NEW ONE BECAUSE OLD ONE COULD'RT BE FIX WAITING UNTIL MARCH THE 16 STILL NO CALLL FROM THEM THEN I WAS TOLD IT APRIAL 15 WHEN I GET A NEW ONE AND I STILL WAIING FOR A CALL , I DON;T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THIER BUINESS , NOW BEEN 4 MOUTH OF USE A OLDER CPAC AND STILL NO WORD FROM THEM

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff acted robotic, as if it were assembly line patent care and made me feel like a number. They spent more time getting my insurance information than they did addressing my medical needs. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I have been a patient for several years and only in the last two has the care gone down hill.
