Poor service. The appointment is constantly cancelled. The office is poorly run. Try to get someone to forward your records is even a worse joke.

been going to Creative Dental for many years and I have no complaints, they have been very helpful and caring in my situation, as I can't afford to make full price payments all at once, and they have worked with me to help me thu over a period of time...

BEWARE and stay away from this place!!

They are called Creative Dental Care because they are very creative in taking your money!

I moved here in March 2018 from TX. Found this dentist is a participant with my dental insurance.

After dentist (Fardin Zare) visit on 8/3/18, office manager came into the room with a treatment plant. She said they need $400 for a debridement instead of a regular cleaning.

I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months (last cleaning 09/2017) and each time I've had my teeth clean, my dentist in TX told me to keep doing what I'm doing because my teeth are in great shape.

This dentist tells me my gums need debridement. WHAT????? I told him I wanted a regular cleaning like I've always done and I was told they would not clean my teeth.

The office manager told me they do not let the patient or insurance company dictate their treatment plan. I told her she needed to listen to the patient, me, but she said no. I asked again, are you going to clean my teeth. She replied, "no."

Needless to say, I have to wait another 6 months and find a new dentist to get my teeth cleaned.

This dentist only wanted more money. Shame on them!

If you have dental insurance, they will create a treatment plan that you must pay an exorbitant amount of money.

My family and I go to this office and the other office they have in New Tampa for years . Staff are all profeesional and kind. Doctors are very nice and never over treat you. They offer you the best you need. I refer my family and friends to this office all the time.

I was from Canada and had a filling come out the tooth was on bad shape
Being nerves having to go and get a tooth pull was not a great thing for me.Dr Mac and her staff were the best they made me feel 100%relax
I have panic attacks not one which I thought it would of they are kind and the staff is great thank a million <3

Dr. mac is the best dentist I ever had and if you want your teeth cleaned with perfection this is the place to go. reasonably priced and efficient.
