They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. If you want to be talked to like you're stupid this is the place for you!

Dr Berliner is an awesome doctor. When I went there for a severe dog bite, he saved my hand over the period of 3 to 4 weeks, as it developed a bad staph infection. I would have lost my hand. I can not say enough good about Dr Berliner. He also offers a unique program which helps people with no medical insurance. I would reccomend Dr Berliner to anyone, anytime. Thank you Dr Berliner!

They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Worst of all, the Dr. was hitting on my daughter in an inappropriate and sexual way!!
