Dr.Lloyd has been our dentist for 20 years. She has seen me, my husband and all five of our children. She is fabulous. Her staff is friendly and I know I am in good hands.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
