They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Dr. Veeni Kumar is OUTSTANDING as a doctor. Her office believes in finding the TRUE source of the problem and then creates a course of action to treat/ fix you. While other doctors I have in past don't run the correct tests to find the issue and then treat me by putting a band-aid on the problem. Dr. Kumar again FINDS the TRUE source of the issue and you leave her office knowing that you will FINALLY feel better!

The offices were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
