I have been a patient at waterford dental health for many years. Everytime I go there I have a great experience, the staff is warm and friendly which helps me since i have had bad experiences as a child. I recomend them to all my family and friends.

Their billing staff is extreamly rude! Communication between the doctors and the women that work for them is awful. Expect your insurance company to be over billed, expect your wallet to be injured.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This lady Tanya was horrible, so rude. I've contacted the BBB and the State Consumer Fraud Depatment of CT

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. It was a very expensive lesson. Dentists in 2 states other than CT said the work was inferior to even bad dental students. It all had to be redone. Every time I asked why my work was falling out or breaking they had a reason why it was my fault. My new dentist redid my mouth and NO PROBLEMS! Stay away from this practice.
