I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

This doctors office has the worst staff ever!! The receptionist cancels appointments without any type of notification or reasoning. Completely rude as well when she admitted to canceling my appointment for no reason.
I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there.

This is the worst excuse for a doctor's office that I have ever seen. They manage to lose lab results and are completely unprofessional and inept. I would not trust this office with my well-being or my loved ones. We will NEVER be back.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
