Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I love Dr. Orquia. He is very helpful and so was his staff. All the questions I have are always answered. The office is fairly easy to find - behind the Dairy Queen. Dr. Orquia will be my doctor for as long as I can keep him. :)

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I've been going to Dr Orquia for over 20 years. It was only when I had to visit other doctors due to insurance reasons that I appreciated just how amazing he and his staff are. Now when I have to choose an insurance provider, I only go with one that includes his practice.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
