PA is a nice guy and seems very knowledgable. The staff is the worst I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. They never returned blood work results.. The staff never booked out patient X-rays and never booked other recommended specialist as promised. Called three times and they never returned my calls. Dr. Cronic needs to fire everyone of them and start over! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
