I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

My name ia carla and following Dr. Cuddapah's scaledown plan along with Nirel's diet and nutrition advice I have lost 12lbs in 3 weeks. I have more energy even gained confidence. Thanks a lot Scaledown M.D, You all are the best.

Dr. Cuddapah and his staff are unbelievable. They work around my schedule and when I tell them I am in a rush the get me in and out of there in minutes. Dr. Cuddapah is truly an intelligent doctor. I was hesitant at first but now I know who will me my doctor for long time to come.
