He actually listens to what you have to say. He is on your side and really wants to help. I do not mind the wait time because I actually admire that he takes time to speak to his patients he does not rush anyone. He takes his time. He is the best and I wish I would of found him along time ago. I look up to this guy he is very very very smart. Hes old school and I love it!!!!!!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I AM A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PATIENT AND HAVE FOUND HIM TO BE THE BEST PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN TERMS OF KNOWLEDGE, PATIENT CARE AND PROVIDING INFORMATION .
