One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
