He is a nice person, and is knowledgeable doctor, but I think, he lacks of experience in advanced gastro related illnesses.

Inaccurate diagnosis. My illness has been progressing and I wasted months and months and a lot of money.
I had to change doctors, after he prescribed a ton of different prescriptions without any results.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
