Unscrupulous dentist. Performed unnecessary root canal on a 9 year old when he thought I was moving from the practice. Left my daughter in incredible pain for a month. Had to go to a specialist in Manhattan to correct the amature work. For years since, she has never had even a cavity. They are cheap & take all insurance. No matter how inexpensive they are, you will pay for unneeded, shoddy work and will be forced to ho elsewhere to have it corrected. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I was surprised when my mouth was numb and my tooth had been drilled out and right before he was about to fill it an employee came up to me with a chart and said my insurance did not cover white fillings. Dont you think that should have been discussed earlier on.. not after you drill out my cavity yet have not filled it? I also waited a half hour to get into the chair. There were children running around the office.

The first time I came in I was told I had four very tiny cavaties. I had to come back to get filled. I returned one week later and the non-english speaking Dentist told the dental assistant to tell me I had eight cavaties. I corrected the Dentist and he filled the four. I never had eight cavaties. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. And they missed an obvious cavity in my mouth that I can see telling me the rest of my teeth were fine.
